Forensic accountants must have high qualification and experiences in accounting and law, financial planning, management technique and technology. They should be effectively apply  their knowledge about Information technology and accounting systems to their works.

Also, they should have a good communication skill, to ask or clarify on anything they need and collect evidences and put together to the right conclusion. In conclusion forensic accountants must have the following qualification.

  1. Ability to interpret information in financial statement and define problems.
  2. Ability and skills in investigation.
  3. Ability to analyze and make use of evidence on hand.
  4. Ability to present conclusion of an investigation.

However, prevention of corruption and frauds are something top management must pay special attention by having a strong internal control with regular review as well as encourage an ethic and moral at works.
